The International Literacy Association (ILA) is now seeking applications and nominations for the ILA Awards and Grants Program.

ILA’s Awards and Grants are a great way to celebrate literacy leaders and literacy researchers who have made a significant impact in the field. The Program recognizes distinguished contributions in the following categories:

• Research                                                                           
• Literature/Publications and Writings
• Excellence in Teaching
• Service to the Profession and Organization
• Outstanding Contribution to the Profession
• Technology

ILA Literacy Leader Awards honor the outstanding contributions and service of teachers, administrators, teacher educators, and more!

Do you, your students, or colleagues need research support? ILA’s Research Program assists teachers, researchers, and graduate students through research grants, awards, and fellowships that support research activities, dissemination, and publications in the field of literacy.

The deadline for awards and grants nomination and submissions is March 15, 2020—but don’t wait to apply! All ILA Award and Grant winners will be announced at the ILA 2020 Conference in Columbus, OH, October 15–18, 2020.
